Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning:
- Develop comprehensive Content Marketing strategy and long-term planning
- Design, implement, and maintain the Editorial Calendar
- Set measurable goals (KPIs) for each campaign and channel
- Ideate and script social media content aligned with overall strategy
- Continuously analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data
AI & Technology (Core Focus):
- Actively integrate AI tools into content production, ideation, and copywriting
- Use AI for data analysis, audience insights, and performance reporting
- Apply AI-driven automation to marketing workflows (email/SMS sequences, content scheduling, lead scoring)
- Stay current with new AI/marketing tools and evaluate them for adoption
- Use digital tools (Meta Business Suite,Google Analytics, CRM, Notion, Trello, etc.) to streamline processes and reporting
Content Production & Social Media Management:
- Produce and manage content for Instagram,
- LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Write targeted, engaging captions
- Fully manage pages (publishing, scheduling, monitoring)
- Respond professionally to DMs and comments following sales scenarios
- Maintain brand voice across audience interactions
- Handle crisis management and negative comments
- Provide regular, data-backed performance reports
Team Coordination & Client Communication:
- Coordinate closely with account managers and the design/technical team to align on deliverables and timelines
- Bring strong teamwork skills and work effectively across cross-functional teams
- Attend client meetings as a required part of the role
- Ensure strategic alignment between client goals and content/marketing execution
Blog, SEO & Website:
- Produce and edit blog content with an SEO approach
- Conduct keyword research (AI-assisted where relevant) and optimize content
- Contribute to increasing organic website traffic
Lead Communication & Relationship Marketing:
- Design nurturing communication scenarios and funnels for leads
- Follow up and improve lead-to-customer conversion rates
Requirements & Skills
- Full command of digital marketing and content marketing, with a strong strategic/planning mindset
- Hands-on, daily use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) as a core part of the workflow — not optional
- Professional experience managing social media and business page administration Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate closely with account managers and design/technical teams
- Willingness and ability to attend client meetings
- Practical knowledge of SEO
- Fluent in English
- Responsible, organized, detail-oriented, with strong communication skills
Nice to Have
- Background in international brands
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, CRM, Notion, Trello, etc. Ability to analyze data and produce management reports
- Experience building AI-powered marketing automations or workflows
