We are looking for a technical team lead who can oversee the development and delivery of high-quality software products (JAVA expert).
As a technical team lead, you will be responsible for:
• Leading a team of software engineers and providing technical guidance, feedback, and mentoring
• Collaborating with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define and prioritize the product roadmap and features
Designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable software applications
• Ensuring the quality and performance of the software products by implementing best practices
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and providing root cause analysis and solutions
• Researching and evaluating new technologies and tools to improve the software development process and product quality
To be successful in this role, you should have:
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in software development(JAVA)
• Experience in building and deploying Microservices
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• A passion for learning new technologies and solving complex problems
