Responsibilities:

Design, development, and maintenance of ongoing reports and dashboards.
Turn data into insights: Analyze data, identify trends & opportunities, and translate them into actionable insights.
Explore data, to find challenges in the user journey and translate them into potential opportunities by forming hypotheses.
Designing new metrics and enhance existing metrics to support the future state of business processes and product success.
Collaborate & share knowledge: Work with other analysts and contribute to the team's growth in data analytics practices.

Requirement:

+1 years of experience in Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or related positions.
Experience using analytical, statistical and quantitative problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
Strong proficiency in T-SQL, Microsoft Excel
Experience in data visualization tools
Strong expertise in Python
