We're searching for a skilled Content Manager specializing in writer management and
content demand. This role involves overseeing various writers, managing content
requests, and sourcing content from different platforms. If you excel in organizing
content creation processes, coordinating with writers, and ensuring the timely delivery
of high-quality content, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with SEO and Sales teams to understand content requirements and
audience preferences
• Manage a team of writers, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring
content quality meets brand standards
• Develop and implement strategies for sourcing content from diverse platforms to
meet demand
• Establish and maintain relationships with freelance writers, content agencies,
and other content sources
• Create and maintain content calendars, ensuring deadlines are met and content
is published on schedule
• Conduct content audits and performance analysis to optimize content
effectiveness and ROI
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content management and
writer engagement
Requirements:
• Proven experience in content management, writer management, or a related role
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize
tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and
manage a team of writers
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and content-sourcing
platforms
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a
related field
