Responsibilities:

Develop creative briefs based on ideas established in brainstorming sessions with direction, schedules, and expected deliverables for the creative team.
Obtain team approval by presenting final layouts, storyboards, and illustrations, encouraging members to provide feedback, and responding to internal commentary and requests.
Conceptualize campaign vision, harnessing original graphics, copy, content websites, social media, and other marketing materials.
Produce sketches, storyboards, motion graphics, stop motions, and animations to visualize ideas.
Collaborate with designers and other team members to implement creative direction.
Manage and Work with in-house and outsourced specialists, such as artists and photographers, to work on different projects.
A strong understanding of modern graphic design software, including products such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After effect,...

Requirements:

Three or more years of hands-on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, print production, image selection, and package design.
Ability to collect and interpret feedback.
A well-rounded portfolio of client work, demonstrating a strong understanding of client objectives.
Ability to critically communicate and persuade around design concepts.
Ability to motivate and inspire top performance against assigned projects.
Dynamic, creative personality, effective at engaging and influencing a variety of audiences.
Understand design in multiple mediums — print, digital, mobile.
Experience in the branding or rebranding process is a plus.
Have a solid knowledge of photography and video production.
