Responsibilities:
- Develop creative briefs based on ideas established in brainstorming sessions with direction, schedules, and expected deliverables for the creative team.
- Obtain team approval by presenting final layouts, storyboards, and illustrations, encouraging members to provide feedback, and responding to internal commentary and requests.
- Conceptualize campaign vision, harnessing original graphics, copy, content websites, social media, and other marketing materials.
- Produce sketches, storyboards, motion graphics, stop motions, and animations to visualize ideas.
- Collaborate with designers and other team members to implement creative direction.
- Manage and Work with in-house and outsourced specialists, such as artists and photographers, to work on different projects.

Requirements:
- Three or more years of hands-on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, print production, image selection, and package design.
- Ability to collect and interpret feedback.
- A well-rounded portfolio of client work, demonstrating a strong understanding of client objectives.
- Ability to critically communicate and persuade around design concepts.
- Ability to motivate and inspire top performance against assigned projects.
- Dynamic, creative personality, effective at engaging and influencing a variety of audiences.
- Understand design in multiple mediums — print, digital, mobile.
- Experience in the branding or rebranding process is a plus.
- Have a solid knowledge of photography and video production.
