Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our IT department, you will ensure the smooth operation and security of our network infrastructure while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network performance and infrastructure
• Configure, install, and manage network devices (FortiGate Firewalls, Cisco Switches, Ubiquiti UniFi Access Points, HP servers, HP NAS Storage)
• Install, manage, and master Microsoft services (Active Directory, Exchange Server, DHCP, DNS, RDP, etc.)
• Implement and maintain network security protocols, including Network Antiviruses (McAfee Trellix)
• Install, manage, and maintain virtualization infrastructure (VMware vSphere)
• Manage Linux-based services
• Implement and verify backup plans for virtual infrastructure
• Solve network and computer systems issues proactively and efficiently
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of network infrastructure and procedures
• Coordinate with network vendors and foster positive relationships
• Actively participate in and contribute to network infrastructure projects
• Maintain network cameras, PBX phone systems, printers, and other IT hardware
• Provide friendly and effective support to end-users as part of the Help Desk function
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant and hands-on experience in network and system administration
• Maximum age of 32 years
• Maximum age of 32 years
• Expert knowledge of network infrastructures
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows (Servers, 10, 11)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Exchange Server installation, configuration, and management
• Expert in VMware vSphere virtualization
• LPIC-1 certification or equivalent Linux knowledge
• Advanced troubleshooting skills for computer systems (hardware, software, laptops, network printers)
• Experience with network cameras and PBX phone systems configuration
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff
• Upper Intermediate level of English proficiency
• Ability to work independently as a Help Desk and collaboratively as part of a team
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn and grow
Preferred Qualifications:
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, …)
• Experience with cloud technologies
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash)
