شرح موقعیت شغلی

   Responsibilities                               


Project Planning: Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans. This involves creating schedules, setting milestones, and ensuring that tasks are assigned and completed on time.


Communication: Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties. This includes organizing and conducting meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.


Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, issue logs, and other relevant documents. Ensure that documentation is organized and easily accessible.


Task Tracking: Track and monitor the progress of project tasks to ensure they are completed on schedule. Identify any delays or issues and communicate them to the project manager.


Resource Management: Assist in resource allocation, including coordinating the availability of team members, equipment, and other resources required for the project.


Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet the established quality standards. This may involve conducting quality reviews and collaborating with team members to address any quality issues.


Issue Resolution: Work with the project manager to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the course of the project. This includes facilitating communication and collaboration among team members to address challenges.


Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with project stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns. Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.


Training and Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new team members, providing training on project tools and processes, and ensuring that everyone is familiar with their roles and responsibilities.


Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the project team, such as scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and managing project-related documentation.


Job Requirements


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Proven ability to identify and solve complex procurement challenges


Assist with the preparation of presentations and narrative documentation


Follow through with allocated tasks and ensure appropriate and timely action on deliverable


Strong attention to detail and ability to establish/follow routine processes and procedures


Mid-level knowledge of English language


Familiar with project management tools
