Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth analysis of data to extract actionable patterns and insights.
Process confidential data in compliance with established guidelines.
Develop, maintain, and automate data processes to enhance efficiency.
Gather, document, and understand detailed business requirements using various tools and techniques.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and advocate for quality enhancements within the team.
Utilize Python/R, SQL, Power BI, and advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
Prepare reports, create dashboards, and conduct statistical tests such as A/B testing.
Develop and deploy dashboards and reports to gather data-backed insights.
Deliver insights on potential areas of growth, optimization, and improvements.
Generate ad-hoc reports and implement changes in dashboards as needed.
Support business intelligence strategies with quantitative analysis and recommendations.
Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders on data analysis projects.
Generate daily internal and external performance reports.
Conduct product feature impact analysis.
Provide weekly root cause analysis reports.
Support comprehensive analysis in pricing, offerings, onboarding, and other areas as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related disciplines.
Proven experience in data analysis and business intelligence.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
Previous experience in team leadership is a plus.
