شرح موقعیت شغلی

At Azki Seller, We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Tech Team and turn complex data into actionable insights. In this role, you’ll work closely with data team members and cross-functional stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making, evaluate product and business performance, and identify opportunities for improvement through data analysis.


Responsibilities

  • Drive business and product decision-making through data analysis, structured problem-solving, and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the Tech Team, Data Team members, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver data analysis projects aligned with business priorities.
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources.
  • Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement in product and business performance.
  • Design, execute, and evaluate statistical tests and experiments to measure the impact of product and business changes.
  • Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs, performance metrics, and OKRs to support business objectives.
  • Communicate findings through clear data storytelling, translating complex analyses into practical insights for different stakeholders.
  • Partner with Business and Operations teams to understand business challenges and provide data-driven solutions.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in Data Analysis.
  • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with BI tools such as Metabase.
  • Solid knowledge of databases such as ClickHouse and MySQL.
  • Strong understanding of statistics, experimental design, and A/B testing.
  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis and problem-solving, along with familiarity with version control tools such as GitLab.
  • Familiarity with data pipelines and tools such as Kafka and Airflow.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and develop practical solutions.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches and actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
