Things to be done by the legal expert for Azki’s movement:
Drafting and reviewing contracts in all related scopes including insurance companies and agents, marketing and business partnerships, etc. Participating and leading commercial negotiations, claims and reimbursement negotiations Drafting M&A, SHA, ESOP and similar contracts Managing commerce law and AoA obligations and being able to draft minutes and register them in Companies Registration Office Taking care of civil and criminal cases and complaints in Central Insurance. Defining the regulatory environment of the company and providing compliance and non-compliance risk reports Reporting to accounting and legal manager
Essential skills for this role:
Bachelor's degree in law at least 2 years experience in corporate law slightest Excellent knowledge of Insurance law, contract law, E-Commerce, and commercial law Strong communication and negotiation skills Good analytical ability and business acumen Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and lead jobs to get results through multiple stakeholders in the business
