Axon is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Manager who is excited to help us to shape the future of the business.


 


Responsibilities


  • Plan and supervise all digital marketing activities, including ECRM, SEO/SEM, social media, display advertising campaigns 
  •  Responsible for journey planning, development and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements.
  •  Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, analyze campaign performance.
  •  Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards.
  •  Data-Driven Insights: Continuously analyze data and metrics to refine strategies, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance
  •   Design, build and maintain social media presence
  •   Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize the performance
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  •  Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience         Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
  • Analyze conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  •  Evaluate emerging technologies and provide perspective for adoption where appropriate
Requirement


  • At least 5 years working experience in digital marketing
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, and ECRM systems
  •  Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  •  Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console) and experience in planning, setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
