Axon is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Manager who is excited to help us to shape the future of the business.
Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise all digital marketing activities, including ECRM, SEO/SEM, social media, display advertising campaigns
- Responsible for journey planning, development and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements.
- Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, analyze campaign performance.
- Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards.
- Data-Driven Insights: Continuously analyze data and metrics to refine strategies, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance
- Design, build and maintain social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights and optimize the performance
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
- Analyze conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide perspective for adoption where appropriate
Requirement
- At least 5 years working experience in digital marketing
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, and ECRM systems
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console) and experience in planning, setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
