شرح موقعیت شغلی
- Fluent in using tools such as CRM, tickets, chats, AI bots, and various other tools related to support operation
- Experience in support and preferably international support
- Have solution making and process building mindset
Tasks:
- Get fully familiar with our products, and our tools
- Define flows and events related to SaaS support so that least human intervention is required.
- Predict pitfalls and establish solutions
- Create templates for communications in various channels
- Establish support related assets for our FAQ, Knowledge Base, and other social media
- Work in collaboration with IOS team members with the objective of running a smooth and collaborative operation
- Monitor customer success and create early warning for any shortfall in customer management
- Always come up with new ideas and tools in order to enhance customer experience.
