We are looking for an exceptional Senior/Lead Backend (Nodejs) Developer to join our E-commerce team. This role will be focused on making sure our work meets the highest level of quality. The role requires hands-on software development skills, deep technical expertise across the entire software delivery process.

Responsibilities
 
What you will do:


  • Partner with your peers in Product, Design, Scrum Masters and technology to innovate on current and future product offerings
  • Create and maintaining technical documentation
  • Participate in meaningful and thorough code reviews
  • Ensure performance, quality and responsiveness of the application
  • Collaborate with the team to ship new features rapidly
  • Lead a team of onsite developers. Provide guidance on technologies, architectural patterns, and frameworks
Qualifications
 
Required Skills and Competencies:


  • Minimum of 5+ years of developing experience is required.
  • Effective communication skills, especially with the Kuwait office. He/ She needs to constantly elicit necessary information regarding the project's scope of work
  • Fluency in English is a must 
  • Practical experience in building web apps for performance, scalability, security, enterprise system architecture, and engineering best practices
  • Experience in working in Agile (SCRUM) methodology
  • Being a quick starter
  • Qualified candidate will invite to take a technical test for this position
