• Proven Experience: Demonstrated expertise as a Back-end Developer, particularly with Python and Django. 
• OOP & Design Patterns: Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and Python design patterns. 
• API Proficiency: Skilled in creating and utilizing APIs. 
• Database Management: Experience in designing and working with both RDBMS and NoSQL databases. 
• Load Balancers & Web Servers: Proficient in working with load balancers and web servers (e.g., Nginx). 
• Caching & Messaging: Experienced with caching technologies like Redis and message brokers like RabbitMQ. 
• Microservices: Mastery of microservice concepts and communication methods, particularly using Docker technology. 
• Version Control: Proficient understanding of Git for version control and code collaboration. 
• Best Practices: Solid understanding of software development best practices and methodologies. 
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
• Debugging: Familiarity with debugging tools in complex web-based projects. 
• Agile Methodology: Experience with Agile methodology and a willingness to work in a Scrum environment. 
• Experience: At least 4 years of work experience in a back-end development position.
