Job description
1- To support sales process by receiving orders, issuing P/I, invoice and taking care of cargo delivery and asking for payments as well.
2- To maintain good coordination between sales office and mill
3- To Provide market information and follow up goods performances
4- To analyze technical comparisons of our products and competitors
5- To provide sales reports and marketing data
6- To set appointments and maintain sales meeting schedules
7- To send/receive and document letters
8- To prepare reports and gathering corresponding information
9- To Provide information on related exhibitions and going through participation process.
Requirements
1- Bachelors/MS degree in Material science and engineering from public universities
2- Comprehensive skills in Microsoft office, good knowledge of Photoshop is a plus
3- Good command of English, written and spoken
4- Proficiency in administration and office tasks management
5- Experienced in archiving correspondence and technical documents
6- Capability to organize several tasks under pressure
7- Effective communication skills
8- Self-motivated and teamwork-oriented
9- Preferred age: 25-30
