The Human Resource Manager is to Provide human resource support services in line with the company’s policies by reviewing and implementing HR systems, policies & procedures in functional areas such as manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, training and development, employee relations, compensation, and benefits administration in the company. All tasks, authorities, and responsibilities are subject to approval by the Managing Director.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage all activities of the HR Team, ensuring that staff qualifies and competent, properly coached, given the opportunity to develop in the organization, and continually motivated to handle the demands of their jobs and strive to achieve their objectives
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for regular, temporary staff and interns as applicable for assigned positions and when needed
  • Coordinate the new employee orientation schedules in partnership with other departments and conducts the HR presentation for new hires
  • Manage off-boarding process including conducting exit interviews for departing staff members and facilitating the full and final payment to outgoing staff
  • Improve manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solutions; coaching and counseling managers and employees
  • Conduct salary and benefits review – gather and analyze market data i.e. benefits pack and salary levels
Requirements

  • A minimum of 5-6 years of relevant HR experience including recruitment, compensation, employee relations, HR administration, performance management, and staff development
  • Project management skills – able to plan effectively, manage multiple priorities, and have great attention to detail
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Creative, responsible, and responsive strategist
