• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Front-End Developer with expertise in Next.js, React, and Docker to join our dynamic development team. As a Senior Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications. Your primary focus will be on implementing user interfaces using modern web technologies and best practices, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the overall architectural design of our applications.

• Develop and maintain complex web applications using Next.js and React, following industry best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product owners to translate UI/UX designs and requirements into functional and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability by implementing efficient front-end solutions.
• Write clean, modular, and testable code that adheres to established coding standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams to containerize and deploy applications using Docker.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end development trends, technologies, and frameworks, and propose their adoption when appropriate.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and expertise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine technical requirements, project scope, and timelines.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Senior Front-End Developer, with a strong focus on Next.js, React, and Docker.
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related front-end technologies.
• Proficiency in responsive web design and mobile-first development.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Babel, and NPM/Yarn.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
