Job Description / Tasks:
- Planning and implementing Marketing Automation and E-CRM strategies across the organization
- Managing multiple work streams and stakeholders across multiple markets and business plans focusing on delivering results
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure the Marketing Automation and E-CRM strategies works well for every aspect of the business
- Improving E-CRM processes to increase its share in total transaction and revenue
- Using data and analytics to make data-driven decisions
- Champion new initiatives using marketing automation, impacting campaign design, implementing automated journeys, engagement strategies and conversions
- Performing recurring analysis to improve all aspects of works
- Lead the process of best practice sharing to optimize the effectiveness of campaigns whilst identifying areas of improvement in execution
Requirements / Skills:
- Familiar with digital marketing specially marketing automation and retention
- Familiar with using data and analytics to make date-driven decisions
- Familiar with lifecycle marketing
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to work under pressure
- Familiar with Marketing automation tools like WebEngage, Insider, etc.
- Understanding of E-CRM, consumer acquisition tactics, retention marketing, user segmentation, funnel optimization, conversion rate optimization, marketing analyzing metrics and KPIs
