استخدام Marketing Automation Specialist (e-CRM)

شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Description / Tasks:




  • Planning and implementing Marketing Automation and E-CRM strategies across the organization 
  • Managing multiple work streams and stakeholders across multiple markets and business plans focusing on delivering results
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure the Marketing Automation and E-CRM strategies works well for every aspect of the business
  • Improving E-CRM processes to increase its share in total transaction and revenue
  • Using data and analytics to make data-driven decisions
  • Champion new initiatives using marketing automation, impacting campaign design, implementing automated journeys, engagement strategies and conversions
  • Performing recurring analysis to improve all aspects of works
  • Lead the process of best practice sharing to optimize the effectiveness of campaigns whilst identifying areas of improvement in execution

Requirements / Skills:




  • Familiar with digital marketing specially marketing automation and retention
  • Familiar with using data and analytics to make date-driven decisions
  • Familiar with lifecycle marketing
  • Strong communication skills
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Familiar with Marketing automation tools like WebEngage, Insider, etc.
  • Understanding of E-CRM, consumer acquisition tactics, retention marketing, user segmentation, funnel optimization, conversion rate optimization, marketing analyzing metrics and KPIs
