The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive business strategies, building strong partnerships, and ensuring seamless collaboration across various departments. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

- Establish strong relationships with key partners, such as service providers and technology partners. Work closely with cross-functional teams to negotiate and secure beneficial partnerships that enhance the platform's offerings.
- Collaborate with the product team to identify and prioritize new features and improvements that align with the business growth strategy. Focus on customer-centric solutions to develop a top-tier platform.
- Create and implement a business line strategy that aligns with overall company goals and objectives. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to spot growth opportunities and areas for differentiation.
- Drive revenue targets through innovative sales approaches, customer base expansion, and increasing average transaction values. Develop and implement pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to maximize profitability.
- Lead the expansion of services to new regions and markets. Conduct market research and develop detailed launch plans for successful market entry, taking local preferences and regulations into account.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the business line. Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions to optimize operations and increase efficiency.
- Work with various departments, including marketing, operations, finance, and technology, to ensure seamless execution of business line strategies and initiatives.
- Identify potential risks and challenges related to the business line and create effective contingency plans.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in relevant industries. Share relevant insights with the team to improve the company's competitive advantage.
Requirements:

- Experience in the Financial/FinTech Sector
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
