We are seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in the AP application company. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in attracting, screening, and selecting top talent for our organization. Responsibilities



  • Identify and engage with qualified candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networking sites
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications
  • Manage job postings on internal and external platforms, ensuring accurate and enticing descriptions of vacancies
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future job openings, proactively sourcing and nurturing potential candidates
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings on selected candidates to verify qualifications and eligibility
Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role within the Information Technology and Services industry
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidates' qualifications
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism in dealing with sensitive and confidential information
