Join our dynamic product team at AsanPardakht(AP application), where innovation meets user-centric design. As a UX/UI designer, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive and visually stunning experiences for our digital products. From conceptualizing new features to enhancing existing ones, your creativity and expertise will drive our products forward.
Requirements:
• A robust portfolio showcasing your design prowess in web and mobile applications
• Over 5 years of professional design experience, encompassing both user experience and user interface design across mobile and web platforms
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma (our preferred choice), as well as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Experience in maintaining and contributing to design systems for cohesive product experiences
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong UX skills including usability testing, conducting user surveys, and employing research methodologies to inform design decisions
• Experience with data-driven design principles, leveraging analytics and user feedback to iteratively improve product experiences
What you will do:
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including product managers and owners, to grasp business requirements and tackle intricate UX challenges with simplicity and elegance
• Deepen your understanding of our users and their workflows through insightful research methods, including user interviews, surveys, and journey mapping, to inform personas and quantitative data analysis
• Guide design solutions from inception to implementation, translating research insights and feature concepts into seamless product experiences
• Craft wireframes and meticulous user flows that serve as blueprints for intuitive interactions
• Deliver detailed UI designs and high-fidelity prototypes that elevate user engagement and satisfaction
• Validate design concepts through customer research and usability testing, iteratively refining solutions based on feedback
