شرح موقعیت شغلی

Who You Are:
A creative and strategic designer with a proven track record of crafting exceptional user experiences (UX) across digital products. You're passionate about user-centered design and possess a strong understanding of the entire design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and implementation. As a senior designer, you'll influence the overall design direction of the team.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct Design process
  • Conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
  • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces (UIs) that are consistent with the brand identity.
  • Prototype and iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to bring design concepts to life.
  • Develop and maintain a cohesive design system that ensures consistency across the product.
  • Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices.
  • Present design ideas and solutions to cross-functional teams and leadership.

What You Bring:

  •  5+ years of experience as a product designer or a related field.
  •  At least 2 year of experience creating designs and clickable prototypes in Figma
  •  A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and problem-solving abilities.
  •  Expertise in UX/UI design principles and best practices.
  •  Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  •  Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  •  The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  •  A passion for creating user-friendly and visually appealing products.

  • Familiar with the financial markets and stock exchange of Iran
