What You’ll Do

• Lead Frontend Development: Architect and build robust applications using Vue.js, Nuxt.js, and Vite, ensuring clean architecture and SOLID principles.
• Mentor & Guide: Lead a team of frontend developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Ensure Quality: Champion TDD, unit testing (Jest, Cypress), and maintain high code quality with modular, reusable components.
• Streamline DevOps: Oversee CI/CD integration (Git, GitHub/GitLab CI, Docker) and optimize deployment processes.
• Build Design Systems: Collaborate with UX/UI teams to maintain a scalable design system, ensuring pixel-perfect, accessible UIs (Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap).

What You Bring

• Technical Expertise:
  • 6+ years in frontend development, with 1+ years in a leadership role.
  • Mastery of Vue.js, Nuxt.js, Vite, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, SASS, SSR/SSG.
  • Strong knowledge of clean architecture, SOLID principles, and paradigms (OOP, POP, FP).
  • Proficiency in unit testing, CI/CD, and Docker.
• Leadership: Proven ability to mentor teams and drive technical strategy.
• Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams and tools like Figma or Storybook.
• Nice-to-Haves: Familiarity with fintech/crypto domains.
