• Stay up-to-date with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and web design.
• Conduct research on competitor campaigns and industry trends to identify opportunities for design differentiation and innovation.
• Work closely with copywriters and marketing professionals to ensure the visual and textual elements of the banners harmonize effectively.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless implementation and proper rendering of designs.
• Iterate and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders and performance metrics to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
• Maintain consistency in branding, visual identity, and design standards across all digital marketing materials.

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a focus on website banner design and digital marketing.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your creative designs, particularly in the area of website banners for digital marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.
• Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for detail, color, typography, and composition.
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and the ability to translate them into visually appealing designs.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and the ability to adapt designs for various screen sizes and platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
