• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Conduct user research and gather user insights to inform the design process.
• Create user personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
• Ensure consistent branding and design standards across all digital products.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for iterative design improvements.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design technologies.
• Actively participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to team members.

• Proven experience as a UI/UX designer, preferably in a product-focused environment.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first approaches.
• Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality design solutions.
• Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
