We're seeking an experienced, enthusiastic Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in JavaScript and Node.js development to join our team. The ideal candidate will be part of a vibrant and dynamic team that builds and maintains high-quality software solutions/
Responsibilities:

- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
- Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.
- Implement security and data protection strategies.
- Integration of data storage solutions.
- Build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Node.js code.
- Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define feature specifications and develop high quality deliverables.
- Review code, providing valuable improvements, and ensuring adherence to best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).
- 3+ years experience with Node.js and frameworks
- Deep understanding of the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds.
- Expert knowledge of server-side templating languages and server-side CSS preprocessors.
- Proficient with code versioning tools such as Git.
- Proven leadership skills and experience mentoring junior developers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
