• Improving process through agile frameworks and methodologies
• Leading, training, and coaching the organization in its Scrum adoption
• Removing barriers between stakeholders and Scrum Teams
• Coaching the team members in self-management and cross-functionality
• Helping the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done
• Causing the removal of impediments to the Scrum Team’s progress
• Helping to Product Owner to find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management
• Helping establish empirical product planning for a complex environment
• Facilitating stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed

• +2 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to present materials to the highest levels in the organization and the ability to frame complex issues
• Knowing some essential practices and techniques
