Job Description
1. Provide seasonal and monthly sales forecasts for existing and upcoming products
2. Targeting and formulating sales policies across branches and sales channels
3. Calculate and control of commission of all the distributors and sales individuals
4. Build tools and dashboards to streamline business processes
5. Perform a variety of analyses and tasks to improve understanding of business trends and opportunities
6. Preparation of periodic sales and distribution reports and definition and review of sales and distribution performance indicators
7. Transform organization data into information for senior managers to decide
8. Prepare and calculate incentive plans for sales and distribution staff
Requirements
- Relevant bachelor or higher degree
- 3+ years of experience in same position
- Good knowledge of English
- Familiar with Telecom industry
- Ability to analyze data and reports
- Excellent in team working
-Full mastery of msp and Office software, especially Excel
-Familiar with Power BI
- Complete mastery of market analysis
- Complete mastery of data analysis and project control
