شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities


  •  Responsible for sales strategy, planning, forecasting, territory design, sales performance reporting, sales workflow, and analytics. 
  • Collaborate with executives and art directors in preparing artistic and commercial proposals.
  • Lead negotiations with customers until reaching the agreement.
  • Directly manage the sales team, monitor the performance and provide training and coaching 
  • Responsible for reaching the monthly, quarterly and annual sales target.
  • Responsible for the daily support of the sales team ensuring all is on track for achieving KPIs.
  • Managing the budget for promotional campaigns, travel and other sales expenses
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Manage and prioritize projects, timelines, and deals effectively.
  • Understand the pains, needs, and challenges of clients.
  • Work as part of the wider Sales and Marketing teams
  


Basic Qualifications


+7 years of experience in international sales


  • Proven knowledge on business issues, trends and technological advances in the Entertainment Industry.
  • Fluent in English, interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Competent in negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • Problem-solving skills with minimal oversight.
  • Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships, and to work well in a team environment.
  • Able to think strategically, capable of working independently and managing a variety of initiatives/issues simultaneously.
  • Efficient under pressure
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • An ability to think laterally and find business opportunities in the everyday

  Required Education


 BA/MS or 5 years of relative industry sales experience.


  •  MBA graduation is a plus.
