Responsibilities
- Responsible for sales strategy, planning, forecasting, territory design, sales performance reporting, sales workflow, and analytics.
- Collaborate with executives and art directors in preparing artistic and commercial proposals.
- Lead negotiations with customers until reaching the agreement.
- Directly manage the sales team, monitor the performance and provide training and coaching
- Responsible for reaching the monthly, quarterly and annual sales target.
- Responsible for the daily support of the sales team ensuring all is on track for achieving KPIs.
- Managing the budget for promotional campaigns, travel and other sales expenses
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Manage and prioritize projects, timelines, and deals effectively.
- Understand the pains, needs, and challenges of clients.
- Work as part of the wider Sales and Marketing teams
Basic Qualifications
+7 years of experience in international sales
- Proven knowledge on business issues, trends and technological advances in the Entertainment Industry.
- Fluent in English, interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Competent in negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Problem-solving skills with minimal oversight.
- Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships, and to work well in a team environment.
- Able to think strategically, capable of working independently and managing a variety of initiatives/issues simultaneously.
- Efficient under pressure
- Excellent presentation skills
- An ability to think laterally and find business opportunities in the everyday
Required Education
BA/MS or 5 years of relative industry sales experience.
- MBA graduation is a plus.
