Job Description
Presenting, promoting and selling products and services to existing and prospective customers
Maximizing leads to sales conversion
Working closely with digital marketing team and helping develop new marketing strategies and campaigns based on detailed analysis of market and customer’s data
Presenting findings and insights to marketing team to help guide the direction and activities of the department
Consulting with clients to understand and articulate their needs and requirements
Negotiating with customers on pricing and delivery terms
Maintaining effective customer relationships (mainly online) and resolving customers’ problems and complaints to maximize their satisfaction
