  • Location: Fully Remote (Offices in London & Cyprus)
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Salary: $400 - $500
What You’ll Do


  • Develop & Execute Strategies: Design and implement effective social media and YouTube strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Content Planning: Oversee content calendars for social media and YouTube, ensuring consistency in messaging, brand voice, and visual identity.
  • Platform Management: Manage and optimize social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram, etc.) and the company’s YouTube channel.
  • YouTube Growth: Develop strategies to grow the YouTube channel, including video SEO, content optimization, and audience engagement.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute organic and paid social media and YouTube campaigns, including A/B testing and performance tracking.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor analytics for both social media and YouTube, generate reports, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms, especially YouTube trends and algorithm changes.
  • Community Engagement: Foster engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions across all platforms, including YouTube.
  • Collaboration: Work with content creators, designers, and ad teams to develop high-quality content for social media and YouTube.
  • Influencer & Partnership Management: Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and YouTube creators to expand reach.
  • Crisis Management: Handle PR issues or negative feedback effectively to maintain brand reputation across all platforms.
What You’ll Bring


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in social media strategy, YouTube channel management, digital marketing, or content marketing.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics, and UTM tracking.
    • Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, influencer marketing, and YouTube video optimization.
    • Proficiency in social media and YouTube management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Later, TubeBuddy, etc.).
    • Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Figma is a plus.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and generate insights for both social media and YouTube.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong storytelling, copywriting, and visual content strategy skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple campaigns, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
    • Adaptability to platform changes, new features, and algorithm updates, especially on YouTube.
  • Preferred Experience:
    • Experience in Forex, Finance, or Trading industries is a plus.
    • Experience working with regional markets (e.g., Middle East, Kurdish-speaking audiences, or international expansion strategies).
    • Previous work with influencers, affiliate marketing programs, or YouTube creators.
