About Us

At Aron Groups, we are expanding our marketing team to better serve the Iraq market. We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist with proven expertise in digital advertising and native-level fluency in Sorani Kurdish. This is a fully remote role where you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance-driven campaigns tailored to the Iraqi audience, with a focus on Sorani-speaking users.

  • Location: Fully Remote (Iraq Team – Main offices in London & Cyprus)
  • Language Requirement: Native Sorani Kurdish is mandatory
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Salary: $350 - $450
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct market research to understand the behavior and preferences of Sorani-speaking users in Iraq.
  • Optimize ad copy, keywords, and targeting to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with the content and design teams to create localized and culturally relevant ads.
  • Stay up-to-date with Google Ads best practices, platform updates, and digital advertising trends in Iraq.
What You’ll Bring

  • Native-level fluency in Sorani Kurdish (Essential Requirement)
  • Strong command of Google Ads platform, including campaign setup, keyword research, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and performance analysis.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking.
  • Solid understanding of PPC metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, Quality Score, Conversion Rate).
  • Experience in running performance marketing campaigns for the Iraqi market is highly desirable.
  • Ability to write compelling ad copy in Sorani Kurdish.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies in real-time.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with remote teams.
