Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about finance and social media, with a proven track record of managing and growing social media platforms. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics to drive growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Aron Groups’ goals and objectives.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Community Management: Monitor, respond to, and engage with our online community to foster positive relationships and enhance brand loyalty.
  • Performance Analysis: Use analytics tools to track and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns, including paid advertising, to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to social media.
  • Stay Current: Keep up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and integrate them into our strategy.
Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within the finance or brokerage industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Skills: 
    • Proficient in social media management tools. 
    • Strong understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media algorithms. 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
    • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas. 
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Personal Attributes: 
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment. 
    • Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work. 
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
