Role Overview:
The Sales representative at Aron Groups is a key player in driving our company’s sales operations and marketing strategies. The primary goal of this position is to ensure the achievement of set sales targets, expand our customer base, maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and contribute significantly to the growth of our company in the brokerage industry.

What We Are Looking For:
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is required. An advanced degree or certification in a related field would be a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is necessary. Knowledge of sales performance metrics, marketing platforms and strategies, and experience with remote communication platforms are essential. Familiarity with the brokerage industry’s specific software and platforms would be advantageous.
- Experiences: At least 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the brokerage industry. Experience in a remote work environment is highly desirable. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and successful marketing campaigns is expected.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills are crucial. The ability to work independently, strong problem-solving skills, and being a team player are also important. We value proactive individuals who can handle sales pressure and challenges effectively.
- Language Skills: Must be fluent in English at least 70%.
- Proficiency in the third language such as Arabic, Turkish, and Kurdish would-be a plus.
Responsibilities:
The Sales representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, maintaining customer satisfaction, and creating and implementing marketing strategies. They will also be expected to meet and exceed sales targets consistently. Regular tasks include conducting market research, developing sales and marketing strategies, presenting our services to potential clients, and providing after-sales support.
Working Hours: 9 hours in rotating shifts (6 days a week)
