What You’ll Do:
- Manage Social Media Accounts: Oversee our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), ensuring consistent and engaging posts.
- Create and Schedule Content: Work with the marketing team to create high-quality posts, graphics, and videos. Schedule content to keep our audience engaged and informed.
- Engage with the Audience: Respond to comments and messages, interact with followers, and build a positive community around our brand.
- Track Performance: Use tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to monitor and report on performance, helping us improve our strategy.
- Support Campaigns: Help run and manage paid social media campaigns to promote our services and increase reach.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience managing social media platforms.
- Skills: Strong writing, communication, and creative skills. Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and design tools (e.g., Canva).
- Passion for Social Media: Enthusiasm for creating engaging content and growing an online community.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Knowledge of paid social campaigns and digital advertising.
