Job Vacancy at Arman Insurance Co.
Position: Cargo, Marine (Hull and P&I) & Aviation Insurance Officer (Both Underwriting & Claims)
Job Description, duties and responsibilities:
· All the assigned duties regarding Underwriting and Claim Handling of Cargo and/or Marine (Hull and P&I) and/or Aviation Insurance
· Preparing required reports
· Controlling over performance of the company branches, general insurance agents and insurance sales representatives in the relevant fields.
Job Requirements and candidate qualifications:
· Familiarity with Fanavaran software system
· Having at least one year of full-time work experience at one of the insurance companies and/or other companies in the insurance industry
· Having sufficient IT knowledge and skill including WORD, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Internet tools
· Having good knowledge of English language
· Having sufficient knowledge of the insurance industry regulations, bylaws, relevant instructions and directives
· Familiarity with Cargo, Marine (Hull and P&I) and Aviation Insurance
· Familiarity with claim handling process, loss adjustment and assessment based on the relevant principles
· Having a technical and professional perspective in relation to insurance activities in the field of Cargo, Marine (Hull and P&I) and Aviation
· Ability to prepare expert reports related to the field of Cargo, Marine (Hull and P&I) and Aviation Insurance
· Having sufficient information to respond to and guide the clients and insurance agents.
· Ability to consult, guide and resolve problems and ambiguities of technical departments, insurance agencies and company branches in specialized insurance issues
Ideal Candidate: To be based in Tehran and having Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferably in Insurance, Management, Finance, Banking and related disciplines.
