شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a experienced developer with expertise in PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, MySQL, jQuery, REST APIs, GMT, Google Optimize, and technical SEO. The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of web infrastructure tools, including CDN, databases, and in-memory caches, as well as proficiency in back-end development, site integration, security updates, and website optimization. 




Key Responsibilities 



Your primary responsibilities, but not limited to: 



  • Designing and managing the website back-end infrastructure, database integration, and application deployment 
  • Developing custom WordPress themes and plugins using PHP, JavaScript, and REST APIs 
  • Conducting website performance audits and implementing optimization strategies based on industry best practices 
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to code, server, and technical SEO 
  • Implementing new features and functionalities using Google Tag Manager (GMT) and Google Optimize for A/B testing and personalization 
  • Establishing and maintaining the website’s architecture, ensuring high performance, scalability, and availability 
  • Overseeing all technical aspects of the Content Management System (CMS) and adhering to coding standards and best practices 
  • Identifying and fixing bugs within the codebase, optimizing site performance and user experience 
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, and digital marketers to enhance website usability and conversion rates 
  • Manage and maintain several SEO-focused websites, ensuring they are optimized for performance and search engine rankings.
  • Implement and manage AI tools for content creation and SEO optimization.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies for SEO automation and optimization.
  • Ensure seamless integration of AI tools with existing systems and processes.
  • Create dedicated plugins/templates based on requirements.
 



Requirements 



  • Fluent in English 
  • At least 5 years of proven experience as a Developer, Website Manager and related fields
  • Expertise in WordPress, Google Tag Manager (GMT), and Google Optimize 
  • Experience working with staging environments, version control systems (e.g., Git), and Quality Assurance (QA) processes 
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities  
  • Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with CMS platforms.
  • Strong coding skills and the ability to develop and debug code.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Knowledge of the fintech sector, particularly cryptocurrency and forex, is a plus.
