Position Overview: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Network and Security Researcher to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in researching all aspects of network attacks, analyzing existing open source products in this field, and contributing to the creation of the product scope, requirements, and specifications. This role requires a deep understanding of network security, network attack vectors, mitigation techniques, and the ability to translate research findings into actionable product insights.




Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive research on network attack techniques, trends, and mitigation strategies.
  • Analyze and evaluate existing products over the subject and solutions in the market.
  • Identify gaps, opportunities, and innovations in the current products landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the product scope, requirements, and specifications.
  • Develop detailed reports, whitepapers, and presentations to communicate research findings and recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in cybersecurity, network security, and related products.
  • Provide technical expertise and support during the product development lifecycle.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall product strategy and roadmap.
Qualifications:

  • Master’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in cybersecurity research, with a focus on network attacks and mitigation techniques.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, internet architecture, and security technologies.
  • Experience with network traffic analysis tools, packet capture, and packet analysis.
  • Familiarity with existing network security protection products and their features.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CEH, CISSP, CCNA Security) are a plus.
