Mobile Product Designer
Location: Tehran (Remote flexibility available)

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Product Designer to join our innovative team and contribute to the design of cutting-edge mobile applications. As a Product Designer at our company, you will be responsible for crafting seamless and engaging user interfaces that enhance user interaction and satisfaction. This role requires a creative individual who can collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to turn visions into reality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and refine user interfaces for our mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Work closely with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Manage all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to continuously improve design quality.
- Perform usability tests and use the findings to guide future design improvements.
- Uphold best practices for versioning control, presentation, and sharing of design deliverables.
- Utilize Figma for creating interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
- Consistently apply Material Design 3 guidelines and iOS design principles across platforms.
- Engage in Agile development processes and participate actively in sprint planning sessions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, User Experience Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product design, specifically for mobile applications (Android/iOS).
- Proficiency in Figma, capable of prototyping and facilitating team collaboration.
- Deep understanding of Material Design 3 and iOS design guidelines.
- Experience in conducting usability tests and applying insights to design projects.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within an Agile development environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach to challenges.
- A strong portfolio that showcases your previous work and design process.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with additional design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Illustrator.
- Strong communication skills, able to express ideas and design rationale both verbally and in writing.
- Experience in managing multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
