شرح موقعیت شغلی

ApplyBuddy is seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer with a strong background in both digital and print design. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of visual storytelling to help shape the visual identity of ApplyBuddy. This remote role involves leading design projects, managing workload independently, and ensuring a consistent and high-quality visual standard across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process from concept to execution for various projects, including website design, digital marketing assets, and print materials.
  • Develop and maintain ApplyBuddy's brand identity across all visual touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to create compelling and cohesive visual content.
  • Ensure all design deliverables meet quality standards and align with ApplyBuddy's brand guidelines.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to project goals.
Monthly Workload for One Full-Time Senior Graphic Designer:

  • Video Editing: 
    • Number of videos: 4-6 (1-1.5 per week) 
    • Duration of each video: 3-5 minutes 
    • Complexity: Basic edits including cutting, transitions, and simple effects 
  • Motion Graphics: 
    • Number of projects: 2-3 (0.5-1 per week) 
    • Duration of each project: 10-30 seconds animations 
    • Complexity: Medium complexity including text animation, basic 2D animation 
  • Image Editing and Creation: 
    • Number of images: 20-30 (5-7 per week) 
    • Types: Social media posts, banners, ads, website images 
    • Complexity: Basic to medium edits including retouching, compositing, and creating graphics from scratch 
  • Graphic Design: 
    • Number of projects: 5-8 (1-2 per week) 
    • Types: Brochures, flyers, posters, branding materials 
    • Complexity: Medium complexity involving layout design, typography, and branding elements 
  • Other Tasks: 
    • Meetings and Feedback: 1-2 hours per week 
    • Administrative Tasks: 1-2 hours per week (file organization, communication, etc.) 
    • Weekly meetings and chats: 1-2 hours 
Weekly Breakdown:

  • Video Editing: 1-1.5 videos
  • Motion Graphics: 0.5-1 projects
  • Image Editing: 5-7 images
  • Graphic Design: 1-2 projects
This workload assumes that the designer has a balanced skill set and can handle a variety of tasks. It also considers the time required for revisions and feedback. Adjustments can be made based on the specific needs and capabilities of the designer.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both digital and print design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts effectively.
  • Experience working in a remote team environment is a plus.
Language Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English is required.
