استخدام Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced General Manager of Marketing to drive our paid advertising efforts and optimize our marketing campaigns for maximum impact. This role requires proficiency in both Farsi and English and a deep understanding of performance marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our SEO Manager and design team to create and implement high-performance ad campaigns. This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Marketing Strategy: Develop, implement, and optimize performance marketing strategies across various digital platforms to achieve business goals, including user acquisition, engagement, and conversions.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
  • Content Collaboration: Work closely with the SEO Manager and design team to create compelling ad content in both Farsi and English that aligns with campaign objectives and brand messaging.
  • Analytics and Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, CAC, and ROI. Make data-driven decisions to continuously optimize campaigns for better performance.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI) and meeting campaign goals within budget constraints.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements to identify the best-performing variations and optimize accordingly.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about the latest trends in digital advertising, particularly in the Farsi and English-speaking markets, to ensure ApplyBuddy remains competitive and relevant.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for improvement, to key stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams, including content creation, design, and SEO, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Farsi and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns.
  • Marketing Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including PPC, social media advertising, retargeting, and other paid channels.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies for campaign optimization.
  • Creativity: A creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to develop innovative solutions to improve campaign performance.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • Team Player: A collaborative attitude, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
