•  Develop and maintain complex React applications using TypeScript 
•  Design and implement reusable UI components and contribute to the company’s design system 
•  Work closely with Design/UX, Product, and Backend teams to deliver new features 
•  Take responsibility for frontend testing, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests 
•  Conduct code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers 
•  Contribute to architectural and technical tooling decisions 
•  Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs 
•  Support and improve CI/CD pipelines for frontend deployments 

•  A degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience 
•  At least five years of professional experience in frontend development, including at least three years working with React 
•  Strong TypeScript skills 
•  In-depth knowledge of modern state-management approaches 
•  Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development 
•  A solid understanding of browser technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, Web APIs, and performance optimisation 
•  Experience with automated testing 

•  Experience with design systems and tools such as Storybook and Figma 
•  Familiarity with digital platforms in the construction and real estate industries 
•  Experience with maps, location-based search, or property management and listing systems 

•  You write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code 
•  You have experience with component-driven architecture 
•  You follow a user-centred approach and work closely with UX 
•  You are familiar with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban 
•  You are a collaborative team member with strong communication skills 
•  You are willing to share your knowledge and mentor other developers
