Job brief

We are looking for a System Administrator to join our IT department. You’ll be responsible for managing our servers and network infrastructures.

Responsibilities:

Configure internal systems

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues

Upgrade the network infrastructure

Install servers, devices and firewalls

Train new system users and set up their accounts

Monitor the performance of servers, software and hardware

Ensure the smooth deployment of new applications

Update technical documentation

Deploy updates and fixes

Perform root cause analysis for production errors

Investigate and resolve technical issues

Develop scripts to automate visualization

Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experiences as a Senior System Administrator

experience installing, configuring and using various open source and CI/CD tools

Considerable experience developing scripting to build required automation and tools (using Bash, JavaScript, etc.)

Experience configuring and/or utilizing monitoring/logging solutions for operations such as Zabbix, ELK, Sentry.

Working knowledge databases (installing, maintaining, replication, backup)

Expert in Linux operating system

Have experience working with the reverse proxy and load-balance tools such as Nginx, HAProxy.

Familiar with web infrastructure fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, HTTP, etc.

Solid understanding of LAN/WAN networks

Knowledge of system security techniques

Excellent debugging and testing skills, and good problem-solving and communication skills

Have experience working with Ansible
