• Collaborate with product managers and development teams to define new concepts and functionalities for the workflow management system
• Develop detailed BPMN diagrams to visually represent current and future state processes
• Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend optimization strategies
• Create and manage user stories

• Upper intermediate level of English
• Teamwork attitude
• Experience in programming languages like JavaScript or expression languages like FEEL
• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
• Passion and ability to learn new concepts

• Experience in project management products like Jira
• Experience in working with modeling languages, especially BPMN2
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience writing user stories and use cases
• Familiarity with German language
