شرح موقعیت شغلی

Lead our testing charge & champion quality!

As a Test Manager at AMPADA, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. You will be responsible for overseeing all testing activities, from planning and strategy to execution and reporting.

Requirement:

- Manage & mentor a test team, driving efficiency & excellence.

- Craft a comprehensive test strategy aligned with Agile practices.

- Collaborate effectively with devs & stakeholders for seamless testing.

- Oversee the entire testing lifecycle, from planning to reporting.

- Optimize testing tools & processes, incl. automation frameworks (Playwright a big plus!).

- Champion innovative testing approaches & a culture of quality.

Must have:

- 3+ yrs Test Lead experience, strong SDLC & Agile knowledge a must.

- Frequent interaction with international teams requires strong spoken English.

- Having experience in implementing test scenarios with Python.
