• Full proficiency in English (especially writing skills)
• Formal writing skills including CV and Cover Letter writing
• Good knowledge of vocabulary, semantics, and pragmatics; particularly in writing
•  Knowledge of different online platforms, channels, job boards, referrals, and social networks (especially Linkedin)
• Basic knowledge of technology-related job positions
• Keen understanding of the organizational hierarchy and various roles within organizations

• The candidate is expected to be eager to learn and acquire new skills and knowledge as well as being ambitious to expand their personal skills- (such qualities play a more important role than having the relevant job experience).
• Being honest, committed, reliable, trustworthy, patient, perseverant, and energetic along with the organizational skills, having an eye for details, decisiveness, being focused on the outcomes and creativity at work, and being interested in research and analysis are among the other qualities which would qualify the candidate for the position.
• Having marketing, self-management, and persuasion skills are assets.
