We are looking for a Product Designer with 3+ years of experience designing digital products and delivering measurable business impact. The ideal candidate is a strategic problem solver who combines user-centered design with data-driven decision-making to create scalable, high-quality product experiences.
Responsibilities & Requirements
- Own the end-to-end design process, from discovery and problem definition to delivery, validation, and continuous iteration.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Analysts, and business stakeholders to design solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Translate research findings and product insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Plan and conduct user research and usability testing, using both qualitative and quantitative data to validate hypotheses and continuously improve the product.
- Contribute to and evolve the design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and high design quality across products.
- Document design decisions and provide clear specifications for engineering handoff.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of user research, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, and accessibility best practices.
- Possess excellent visual design skills with strong attention to typography, spacing, layout, hierarchy, and interaction details.
- Be proficient with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
- Have a clear understanding of how design decisions drive product success and business outcomes.
