Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assisting the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in documentation and reporting.
- Leading our tech team including back-end, front-end, mobile, devops, QA through management and mentorship.
- Collaborating with product team in order to deliver features
- Contributing to recruitment activities.
- Developing standards and procedures to ensure that quality standards are met and consistent.
- Preparing and optimizing budgets.
- Recommending technological developments and improvements on efficiency.
- Developing the team to ensure quality end products.

Tech Skills :
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Software / Web Applications / Mobile Application / Product Development
- 5+ years of experience with PHP and frameworks such as Laravel, Lumen
- Experience in using NoSQL and SQL databases in a production environment such as MySQL / MongoDB / etc
- Experience in using Message Brokers( Kafka, RabbitMQ ) in a production environment
- Experience with CI/CD and delivery methodologies and Git, GitLab
- Experience with orchestration frameworks, Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience designing Micro-services
- Experience in the concept of Design Patterns and use them frequently to solve problem
- Experience in code review and clean code principles
- Experience in building web services especially REST
- Experience with different Linux distributions.

Must Have Soft Skills :
- Excellent communication skills and Open minded
- Extensive experience in working with stakeholders to create hiring strategies to develop quality teams.
- Experience in recruiting Engineers and contributors.
- Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Must be knowledgeable about industry trends, best practices, and change management.
