We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team and spearhead our talent acquisition strategies while focusing on employer branding initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving talent management, employer branding, ensuring compliance, managing compensation and benefits, facilitating training and development programs, and maintaining a productive workplace environment.
This is a REMOTE full-time position, Monday to Friday (10 a.m. to 7 p.m.)

Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding:
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates aligned with the company's culture and values.
- Lead employer branding efforts to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice in the investment banking sector.
Talent Management:
- Implement effective talent management programs, including performance management, career development, and succession planning.
- Design and conduct employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee retention.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Regularly analyze market trends to ensure the company's offerings remain competitive and attractive.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs, develop training programs, and coordinate learning opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with organizational objectives.
HR Compliance and Workplace Safety:
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Implement workplace safety measures and policies to create a secure and healthy work environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
- Proven experience (2 years) in HR management roles, preferably within the financial services or investment banking industry.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, employer branding, and HR best practices.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits structures, training and development methodologies, and HR compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and provide strategic HR guidance.
