Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising between departments to design specific solutions for end-users of the Rahkaran system.
- Design and implementation of business processes: Business Process Design, Business Process Modelling, Business rules, UI Design.
- Continually monitoring and improving the system and procedures involving the use of Rahkaran system, producing document where necessary.
- Understanding the specific needs of the departments in order to provide expert advice and training.
- Creating and designing reports within the Rahkaran system to provide end-users with specific information.
- Providing day to day support for the Rahkaran.
- Maintaining the live, test and development environments of Rahkaran system.
- Maintain and develop needed 3rd Party products that interface with the Rahkaran.
- Stay up to date with software applications changes and updates.
- Get sure about accuracy of DB and Rahkaran Backups.
- Coordinate with external consultants on System Enhancement Projects and problem resolution.
- Follow and implement IT policy and procedures.

• Desired start date: ASAP
